Herofit is a dynamic gym management platform developed during my last semester at university. It offers simplified membership management and personal progress tracking through an intuitive web and mobile app. As a UX/UI Designer, I focused on creating an easy-to-use interface that improved gym staff operations and member engagement.

01 Project overview
Our platform is designed with a focus on accessibility and user engagement, ensuring that every feature from adding subsribers to tracking personal fitness goals is effortless and enjoyable.
Project goals
  • Simplify Gym Management: Automate scheduling, membership tracking, and payment processing.
  • Enhance User Experience: Provide gym members with easy access to class schedules, personal training sessions, and progress tracking.
  • Support Growth: Enable gyms to scale operations efficiently without compromising on member experience.

02 Process
The project began with research, where we identified key challenges in existing gym management solutions through stakeholder interviews. I led the UX/UI design, creating intuitive wireframes and prototypes using Figma. Development followed an Agile approach, with the frontend and backend teams working closely together. Continuous testing and user feedback were integral to refining the platform, ensuring it met our goals of simplicity and functionality.
03 Result
HeroFit successfully launched as a pilot project at a local gym, receiving positive feedback for reducing administrative tasks and improving member engagement. The project demonstrated our ability to deliver a user-focused, scalable solution.
